Why Franchising in the Search Industry?
At X-Press Legal Services we believe that we provide a better service to our clients because we are franchised. The franchisee is focused on both quick and accurate searches and because it is their business they take the time to work with the team at the council building relationships.
The alternative in the search industry is a corporate structure with the local employee paid £15K plus a bonus for completing as many searches as he can. This creates a focus on quick rather than accurate and “get out of my way” rather than “how are you?”
In 10 years as a search company we have never had an insurance claim, we believe because of the good work that our franchisees do. That is why we are proud to franchise.
