X-Press Legal Services Busiest Ever Month
When the economy slowed and the country slipped into recession X-Press Legal Services was one of the first companies to see a change in the type of work completed by its franchisees. As the economy turns the corner the business is again an early indicator of the performance of the wider economy.
The X-Press Legal Services network has just experienced a record month with the network as a whole performing their highest number of searches in its 10 year history.
The franchisees saw an average increase of 79% across the network in turnover compared to this time last year. This increase can be attributed to the economic climate stabilising, the public having more faith in the housing market and the sheer determination shown by the franchisees to build their businesses throughout the recent recession.
While a decline in house purchases was witnessed earlier on in the year, an increase in both repossession and remortgage work was also seen both of which require a local authority search to be undertaken. Sales of property have increased and the employment situation seems to have stabilised. The work that X-Press franchisees are completing again includes new build and commercial activity providing evidence of strengthening business confidence.
With this positive trend and the market set to strengthen further, there has never been a better time to join this growing and successful network.
