X-Press Legal Services Invests in Further Support for Network
One of the UK’s leading franchise businesses, X-Press Legal Services Limited, has invested in providing additional support for its network of franchisees with the appointment of a new field sales manager, Don Erskine.
Starting your own business can be a daunting time for anyone, employing Don ensures that the X-Press Legal Services network will have even more on going support with their businesses. Dons’ role will primarily be supporting the franchisees in order to help to grow and develop their businesses by generating new leads and winning new clients.

X-Press Legal Services firmly believes that success for franchisees is a partnership which works depends on strong franchisor support. As a result of the support provided to the network, X-Press Legal Services are the only franchise, from almost 850 in the UK, to be a finalist in both the 2009 and 2010 bfa Franchisor of the year awards together with being a finalist in the 2010 Franchise Marketing Awards for marketing support.
As part of the franchise package each new franchisee is provided with an intensive two week residential training course at the X-Press Legal Services Training Centre in Warrington, Cheshire. The training programme covers every aspect of the X-Press Legal Services module, from administration to actual hands on experience of completing a search.
The support doesn’t stop with a two week training course, every franchisee is provided with ongoing technical back up and continuous sales as well as nationally recognised marketing support and regular ongoing training.
X-Press Legal Services operates in the property related search market, providing a business to business service that involves dealing with professional clients, a low risk proven model and a first class product resulting in regular, repeat business.
Clients, including solicitors and other conveyancing professionals all provide each franchise with a high volume but not mass market business. A relatively small number of clients can result in a large successful business.
X-Press Legal Services Limited was set up in 2000 and launched as a franchise in October 2005. With 40 franchisees across the country the business is a proven, profitable, white collar consultancy type franchise.
