X-Press Legal Services

X-Press Xpansion

In the past month X-Press Legal Services have recruited five new starters to their established network of home-office based franchisees. The new recruits are taking advantage of a change to the law which has seen companies in their industry realise an increase in net profitability of up to 88%.

John Shaw, Steve Hill, John Denyer, Philip Gilburt and Steve Cross, all come from a non legal background, as no legal experience is needed to run an X-Press Legal Services business. As a legal services company it is the client who is the solicitor. What they did have in common was a desire to run a profitable, white collar consultancy type business.

Dan Archer, Franchise Development Director Comments: “This is a fantastic way to start the year off. Recruiting new franchisees has brought the business to parts of the country that, to this point, we have been unable to cover. As the business relies on the trade between the franchisees there has never been a better time to join this business, the bigger the network becomes the more clients we all gain”

An advantage to the X-Press Legal Services franchise, is that the franchisees are able to work from home offices minimising overheads and allowing them to manage their working day effectively.

As part of the franchise package each new franchisee is provided with an intensive two week residential training course at the X-Press Legal Services Training Centre in Warrington, Cheshire. The training programme covers every aspect of the X-Press Legal Services model, from administration to actual hands on experience of completing a local authority property search.

The support doesn’t stop with a two week training course, every franchisee is provided with ongoing technical back up, continuous sales support and nationally recognised marketing assistance.

X-Press Legal Services operates in the property related search market, providing a business to business service that involves dealing with professional clients. The model is proven and low risk, based on satisfied clients ordering multiple products every month. The regular, repeat business means that franchisees do not need large numbers of solicitor clients.

X-Press Legal Services Limited was set up in 2000 and launched as a franchise in October 2005. The business has 43 franchisees and has both Greenfield and Established areas available on request.
