A Politics and Law graduate, Nigel has spent more than two decades in the leisure industry.
In 2002 Nigel accepted a post as managing director of Leisure in the Community, a non-profit making organisation that managed leisure facilities for local authorities. When the company was sold Nigel took the opportunity to start his X-Press business using his management skills and legal understanding.
