House Prices Rise 0.7 Percent
Nationwide have announced that the first quarter of 2010 saw a continued growth in house prices across the majority of the UK. House prices increased by 1.6% in the first quarter.
In March house prices rose by 0.7% compared to February. These increases take the average price of a typical property in the UK to £164,519.
