House Sales Increase at Fastest Rate for the Past Three Years
According to the latest figures from the RICS, sales activity in the housing market is rising at its fastest rate since May 2007.
It is reported that 21% more surveyors saw more instructions than in February.
RICS spokesperson, Ian Perry said: “For the time being, many of the key housing market indicators are still positive or stable, with London and the South East performing the best.”
