Remortgage Activity Set to Soar
According to last week’s poll by Mortgage Solutions, the industry is expecting a growth in the national remortgage levels. This increase is due to lenders increasing the standard variable rate.
Approximately three quarters of those who took part in the poll expect more borrowers to start looking around for a better deal resulting in remortgaging activity rising.
