Conveyancing Quality Scheme
The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is a quality accreditation which has been designed to be fairly difficult to obtain. However most of our clients report to be more worried about the ongoing audit process.
This is understandable as only circa 1000 - 1200 practices nationwide are expected to be accredited from a possible pool of 10,500.
For those who embrace and adopt the scheme the possibility of improved panel volumes makes CQS worth retaining.
From this basis we are currently in discussion with many of our clients, who, by simply switching their ordering process to our online system have access to a unique feature which provides a long term benefit and assists in part with audit issues.
