The GroundSure Floodview includes a review of GroundSure’s various detailed flood risk databases including those from JBA for surface water flood risk; the Environment Agency and the British Geological Survey.
GroundSure Floodview contains a fully interpreted flood risk assessment and specific guidance on matters such as surface water flood risk and a view on the likely insurability of a property based upon the very latest 2008 NaFRA data from the Environment Agency.
Data included comprises:
- View on flood risk based upon Environment Agency NaFRA data - widely adopted by the ABI for the purposes of insuring flood risk
