Air Conditioning Assessments
By 4th January 2009 all air conditioning systems over 250kW should have had their first inspection and by 4th January 2011 all air conditioning systems over 12kW must have their first inspection.
An assessment of the following is included:

Cooling capacity - is it sufficient to cater for the heat gains within the building?

Control strategy adopted – is the building being cooled effectively?

Current maintenance regimes in place – are they in accordance with best practice?

Metering strategy – is a monitoring & targeting scheme in place?
