Residential EPC
Since 2007 it has been a legal requirement for an EPC to be in place for a residential property at the point of sale. Since October 2008 they have also been required for the first rental of a property.
The EPC is valid for 10 years unless it is being included in a HIP when it can be no older than 3 years at the point that the property is first marketed.
Our EPC service has been designed to be both fast and cost efficient without service being sacrificed. We recognise that our nominated local assessors will have direct contact with your client and it is important that they continue your client’s positive brand experience.
